Please keep in mind that Al-Sajdah does not accept refunds or exchanges on all products including 'change of mind' as we strive to provide the utmost high quality products to our customers by inspecting all items before being sent off. Accurate product description is also provided including dimensions, colour and features.

Faulty item

All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our premises, on a rare occasion of an item received by customer is faulty, we will offer an exchange for the same item, if irreparable a credit note will be issued valid for 2 months. If a fault has been suspected, please contact us via email at info.alsajdah@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving item, from there we will discuss further steps in order to satisfy customer needs. If not contacted within 3 days of receiving purchase or images not provided accordingly, fault claim will not be approved and Al Sajdah reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if requirements are not met.
